September 19 marked the start date for EGTI’s newest class of 17 students. At full capacity, EGTI welcomed its group on Sunday, September 18 for move-in with a pizza party. Classes are under way in the following program areas: Dietetics, Front Desk Agent, Heart of House (hotel housekeeping) and Prep Cook.
