Erskine Green Training Institute (EGTI) was created to empower individuals with disabilities through comprehensive vocational training programs. Our unique training opportunities span across hospitality, food service, healthcare, inventory distribution, and manufacturing each tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. At EGTI, we focus on more than just job training; we cultivate confidence, independence, and lifelong fulfillment. Through hands-on training, personalized instruction, and on-the-job trainng in the natural environment, our students are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their careers and beyond.

Training Programs at EGTI Muncie

EGTI Muncie offers training in hospitality, food service, healthcare, and inventory distribution. Located within the Courtyard by Marriott in Muncie, Indiana, the training program provides a uniquely personalized training experience for each student. For 10 or 12 weeks, students attend class, master key job skills, and gain valuable work experience through on-the-job training. While students who live within a 60-mile radius can choose to commute, most students reside onsite at the Courtyard Muncie.

Training Programs at EGTI Indianapolis

EGTI Indy offers specialized training programs tailored to the needs of the local industry. Students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing at Allison Transmission. Additionally, EGTI Indy provides comprehensive training in healthcare and inventory distribution at Riley Hospital for Children, equipping students with the skills necessary to excel in these critical sectors.

Students attending training programs at EGTI Indy will need to commute, as housing options are not available.
